
Women’s Group Strength Circuits

Sign up and step into a results-driven training environment with our women's strength training circuits at our private training facility in Webster, TX. Designed for women who have some gym experience and want to build real strength, not just go through the motions. These small-group sessions (max 6, min 4) use a mix of free weights and machines under the direction of Coach Beau. Multiple weekly schedules are available, but space is limited and sessions book fast!
Warning: Some gym/weightlifting experience required. This is not an instructional class, but we will be there to critique and assist with form & technique

8:30 AM “Upper Body”
Fridays:
8:30 AM “Glutes & Hams”
9:30 AM “Full Body”
“Please arrive on time—our intro/demo starts at 9:05 AM sharp. You’re welcome to enter the facility 5-10 minutes early, but be mindful if a session is in progress.. If I’m finishing up another session, feel free to use the cardio machines at the front to warm up or head straight through to the back of the facility if you need to use the restroom.
We offer complimentary towels, water, and protein shakes at the front.
I’ll introduce myself, provide a quick 5–10 minute instruction of the circuit, then crank up the music for ~50 minutes of focused training. I’ll be coaching, checking form, and keeping everyone motivated.
After the session is complete, please return to the front for the next client or class to begin.
