Designer Physique Online is a results-driven physique transformation program built on strict nutrition and training protocols, meticulous data and metrics collection, and advanced body-composition strategies. This is our 100% online comprehensive coaching service for serious individuals committed to measurable progress in strength, muscle definition, and fat loss.
You’ll receive a progressive-overload weightlifting regimen, fully personalized nutrition programming, structured cardio guidance, and a complete lifestyle framework that accounts for supplements, recovery, sleep, and hydration. All of these components evolve constantly alongside your progress. Coaching is driven by traditional strength training principles, practical sports nutrition, data collection and analysis, and comprehensive lifestyle management.
** You will be expected to adhere to nutrition and resistance training protocols, with mandatory weekly check-in submissions.
